For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about empowering others to find their voice, embrace their authenticity, and reach their full potential. From classrooms to boardrooms, I’ve spent over two decades blending my love for teaching, leadership, and community-building into transformative experiences that inspire meaningful change.

It all started with my love for education. As an academic advisor and adjunct professor, I witnessed firsthand how much of a difference personalized guidance and support could make in someone’s life. But I knew my calling extended beyond the classroom—I wanted to create spaces where people from all walks of life could grow, thrive, and feel truly seen. That calling led me to entrepreneurship, where I’ve had the honor of designing workshops, coaching sessions, and training programs that ignite confidence and drive lasting success.

Through my company, Tynnetta Sells LLC, I’ve combined my academic background (a Master of Arts in Teaching and Sociology) with real-world experience to create leadership development, diversity and inclusion training, public speaking coaching, and personal growth strategies. My approach is not one-size-fits-all—I believe in tailoring every experience to meet the unique needs of the people I serve.
